The guy clearly supported Sinaloa, and there was a bizarre video he posted celebrating the capture/extradition of the Gulf Cartel boss complete with poorly edited photoshops of him with black guys in prison and crude jokes about how he would be their bitch. Also, for my newfound boomer moment, I remember back three Octobers ago, I was chilling with my brothers going to this awesome nature park, and on the oldies radio station, they played "All Star" by Smash Mouth.
Mind you, the oldies radio station in question used to only play 1960s and 70s hits.
In the 2000s, oldies was music before 1982.
There was another radio station called GNX, named so because it played mainly 1980s and 90s music, mainly new wave and alternative rock.
The 1980s and 90s were early contemporary.
Although they were called "old school" (for R&B/hip-hop).
