Do you feel more tired, slow, fatigued, depressed?
What are some changes you've noticed besides the physical, changes in your lifestyle or way of thinking?
Frankly, I have just given up.
I've always been a bit lethargic and I was never really an outgoing person. As I've gotten older I've become more attune to the missteps I took when I was younger and have come to sort of regret some the things I did or rather didn't do. I regret more things I didn't do rather than what I did do. Not much I could do about it now though.
Everything is rotting, hope is gone, regrets pilling up.
I'm in my late 20s and idk if it just hasn't kicked in yet but I don't feel like over the past 5-7 years I've really aged physically or mentally in a negative way.
Mostly just feel like life is slowly being taken away from me from the outside: less opportunities, friends have less time, etc.
