I had a dream where I was watching a movie I think, but it was more like just being there in third person as a spectator, y'know?

Anyways, there was this group of like four people, two guys and two girls, and they were in this nice southern plantation like house. Somehow they managed to get two more girls to come into this house they were in, they were really friendly with each other like they were going to throw a party, but I think they were still strangers. One of the girls got sick and was taken by one of the four out of the house , the other girl after they were alone with the remaining three of the group, was like "apprehended" somehow and ended up on the floor laying on their back seemingly paralyzed. The girl from the three of the original group brought out this strange contraption that had like a metal mesh cage around it and these chopping blades like one of those "slap chop" things, and began to apply it to the girl on the grounds nude tummy (She became mostly nude at some point idk how) The contraption was lightly fastened and then the girl began to panic, sort of slopply like she had been drugged, but although unable to move she was still completely concious. The other girl applying this contraption began to move this blades around and they slowly moved around cutting into the top of her tummy, and going downwards in opposite directions before curving inwards again meeting near her vulva. The blades kept going doing down like scalpels in an autopsy while the other two men just watched happily, the baldes came togehter and stopped at just at her clitoris and then the girl lifted the contraption basically disembowling the girl laying on the floor, helpless. Then one of the guys comes down to the ground and begins basically doing cunnalingus on the disemboweled girl while everyone watches, this gross milky clear fluid with flakes in it poors out from her lower abdomen while her licks her clit (which is basically at the opening of her beign fucknig disemboweled) and begins to drink in the fluid profusely while everyone watches intently like it was the hottest thing they'd ever seen, this guy says something while doing this that I can't make out or can't remember but I just remember it sounded really creepy. the end
