Are anons of /siberia/ embarrassed of having boyfriends?

Women hide their boyfriends?

Before I waste time watching it, is there any analysis or anything of substance said, or is this the standard Alice video of pointing finger at social media trends, with no value added.

I'm not going to watch this whole thing, but it has nothing to do with looking cool and everything to do with:

>A. They want to look like they're romantically available at all times so as to not scare off a better catch they can trade up for.

>B. Put up some long dating history of the like dozen guys they dated.

>>B. Put up some long dating history of the like dozen guys they dated.
*don't want to. They don't want people talking about:
>Weren't you just dating Tim a few weeks ago? When did you and George start dating?

I hope, we must increase the amount of incels until we disco how to turn them gay

le normie face

It's actually a pretty decent game. The gameplay is pretty good, but the whole aesthetic is to make you play the game one handed.

Wrong uygha its about women being afraid of losing "cool independent bossgirl" cred when showing up with a bf especially when he's kind of a normie or a chud on progressive politics. Then alice goes on about parasocial relationships

Lol not even close. Try talking to a woman instead of just e-stalking this woman Alice-Stalker anon.

I'm not saying thats a thing, I'm saying thats how alice represents the author of that meme article. Which btw is completely anecdotal so I'm assuming its a first worldoid NY thing
>alice stalker

This is an old ass discussion too. Nothing new about it. People always take some kind of thing that's been going on forever and then try and spin it as if it's come crazy new trend. Some of you are probably too young to remember when young people still used facebook, but it was a widely talked about term "facebook official."

>During my college years, a relationship was not considered official to your social circle until you and your beau accepted each other’s Facebook “in a relationship with” requests and became “Facebook official,” or what will henceforth be referred to as “FBO.”

It's always been a question since the social media era about when you announce to the world when you're officially an item. Before that it would've been like at one point do you tell your parents you met someone or took them to meet your parents.

Also it's the same damn issue both ways about one party or the other wanting to make it "facebook official" and the party that is less serious about the relationship not wanting to do that. But instead stupid ass women's mags gotta spin it into: "Are men obsolete???"

>>726260
because individuality means being the protagonist
men are the protagonists in our culture so it looks good to be seen with a woman because it is an achievement
but women are not, you have to prove you have agency, and being seen with a guy automatically puts you in the sidekick category
on the other hand, I don't know the name of the girlfriends of my male friends, they don't really talk about them, so to some degree men do this too. maybe the writer of the article was surprised because she found women with hobbies or something else besides just having a boyfriend

and it also has to do with ease of maintenance, you don't want to redo your entire social media presence every time something happens, so it's more practical to never post pictures with your boyfriend. men do the same, kind of

idk if the video mentions it, but it is a thing in the third world too, at least where I live

>>726319
Why do normies gotta play these stupid games?
