-Near the beginning, Dudley threatens Harry with shoving the latter's head down the school's toilet
-Weasely twins are rumored to "blow up the toilet", then send the toilet seat to Harry in the hospital as a joke (in the last chapter)
-A troll (carrying a gigantic stick) tries to attack Hermione in the toilet

Chamber of Secrets:

-The whole book revolves around the guy with a giant snake killing (Myrtle) or abusing (Ginny) underage girls in a girl's bathrrom. Also, "Chamber of Secrets", huh?
-Myrtle (technically ~65 years old ghost, alhough spirits probably do not have age of consent, but still) flirts with 12 year old Harry in the bathroom

Prisoner of Azkaban:

-surprisingly clear (?)

Goblet of Fire: (Oh boy…)

-Dumbledore discovers the Room of Requirement when in the dire need of using the bathroom (it takes the form of a hall filled with endless night pots on the shelves)
-Harry wants to ask Cho to the dance and this is what it says when he wants to work up the courage to ask her: “Could he perhaps ambush (sic!!!) her as she was going into a bathroom?”
-The whole chapter dedicated to 14 years Harry bathing. In the process, he gets outright sexually assaulted by the aforementioned Myrtle) - and this is played for laughs! Harry is also observed by an animated (presumably sentient) mermaid picture when bathing.
-Not (directly, at least) related to toilets but what Barty Crouch Jr had did to Mad Eye Moody there reads like a Deviantart fetish story.

-Umbridge tells the Inquisitorial Squad to search the bathrooms; is sure to mention that Pansy Parkinson as a girl should check the girls’ bathrooms. (Apparently, Umbridge is also a TERF. I wonder if that is a redeeming quality for Joahne…)

-The ghoul haunts the bathroom in Sirius' mansion
-Arthur Weasely tells a story about a wizard named Willy Widdershins selling to Muggles "regugriating toilets"

Oh btw OP you (sort of) missed one but I guess it's a loose fit. Apparently there is a magic spell on the dorm rooms so that boys can't enter the girls' dorms. That's established in the first book but for some reason it does not apply to bathrooms, so boys are able to freely enter that one girls' bathroom that a lot of book 2's plot happens in.
