Women have equal rights, education and most importantly, access to contaceptives in these countries. These are the most important factors when in it comes to fertility rates. Also fertility rates dropping is a good thing as the planet is already overcrowded when it comes to non-renewable natural resources. World needs less unwanted children. Only porkies and their profit margins are hurt as economies dont grow like they used to be.
