That kind of tourist moved east to cheaper places. Prague got quite pricey for slavic countries' stardards.
Plus, Czech ladies are no longer as eager to have experiences with foreigners as they were 10~15 years ago. And trust me, the availability of local girls used to be a major factor to attract the masses of western guys in their stag parties and similar activities.
Fun fact: the porn industry moved a significant chunk of its Prague based activity further to the east at the same time.
