I think it really depends on the type of organized crime. Technically revolutionary parties are organized criminals, since revolution is illegal, but also highly organized. There is proletarian organized crime (the vanguard party, which carries out both legal and illegal class struggle), then there is petty bourgeois organized crime (small time drug dealers for example) then there is haute bourgeois organized crime (like the Mafias, Cartels, Yakuza, etc, Sex Trafficking Rings like Epstein, Imperialist Intelligence Agencies like CIA, Mossad, MI5, Big Cults like Scientology, etc.
