As a straight cisgender man myself I don’t think any of us find trans women “genuinely” unattractive. Because there is no scenario where a man finds a trans woman unattractive that is inherent to trans women, it might be more common among trans women but it’s not inherent. Because in regards to the common scenario where someone finds a trans person attractive until they find out that they are trans, that doesn’t mean that they find them unattractive, it just means that they are pretending that they do. In fact as in many cases such as infamously with Alex Jones they probably secretly goon to transgender women in private.
