My below neighbors are bastards who let their children run around 24/7. I showed tolerance so far because small children are going to act like small children. However, they even let those kids run around and literally jump around from 10PM to 1AM. Do they not enforce bed time?? Anyways, I called my landlord and she said she talked to them but beyond that she‘s not willing to do much. They came up with some wishy washy excuse. In fact, after that call it seems like they were deliberately being louder. I can not afford to bring them to court, so my plan is to use a surface transducer speaker and blast porn sounds into their apartment whenever I hear their kids running around past 10PM. Am I retarded or am I a genius?
