i do not. I have been there and really liked it.
I do find it quite difficult to work with Indians, though. Apparently their work mentality is about sucking up to higher management, acting as a good boy. Functionality and efficiency are secondary.
They seem to believe that the best way to deliver a project is to give back as much as possible of the budget rather than actually delivering what was requested. Plus, everything is chaotic, makeshift. They seem to be fine with everything being out of place, undocumented. simple things such as putting a document in alphabetical order has to be specifically requested because most of them will not do it by default. And that is good example because indicates that they find it normal to be going through documents until they find what is needed instead of just using an index.
Never seen them IRL and never interacted with them online (well, probably)
They do create a lot of low quality threads/comments on engineering related stuff I look at. But I disagree with people who say a lot of Indians coming online uniquely ruined the internet, the shift to phones, 'normies' at large doing so, Trump/Gamergate, and now generative AI have really been the big things.
A lot of the Indian accounts that people see are also really nationalist, pro-israel, and outdo non-indian incels when it comes to hating on women so even leftoids become negatively polarized against them. Of course iirc a lot of Indians both Hindu and Muslim have taken labor action in solidarity with Palestine but people mainly see the shit on X dot com. The scandals with botted Indian rw slop also make it easy for the "see the only REAL white supremacists nowadays are minorities" crowd to say this. The social issues that come from underdevelopment and population growth that happened faster than infrastructure development also lead to the videos people see of unsanitary conditions and the kind of behavior that extreme poverty creates.
Frankly, a lot of it is from rightoid software "engineers" and the competition they have because the laws of the market they loved so much means porky dgaf about your borders no matter how much you whinge about defending them and keeping the walls of the fortress high. That being said the Indian tech strivers I've known have been really annoying, the types who uncritically love AI shit, so I've gotten to watch two groups I dislike go at it for the past 12 months

Look at pic related. To the left is how they tend to leave information, documentation and tools. To the right is how things were supposed to be in order to make things easier and more efficient for everyone. It would take a couple days to get things organized so that, every time one has to resort to it, it would cost seconds to sort things out for the next year. For whatever reasons they are 100% fine with taking tens of times longer every time they have to resort to it.
