note: there are various types of tanks and stat distributions.
there are high impact tanks with no guns, trapper or multi-dimensional shooters that can auto-spin with C, slow cannon tanks, fast tanks, sniper tanks that increase field of vision, and the pic related tank has the right-click directional aim ability.

I'm easy to find spinning in one of the servers, there are different game modes on different timezones, and it's already New Year morning for those in Australia/NZ.
I'm leaving, but as long as I have my computer on, my tank will be safe there in the green area. There are tanks shooting bullets/traps/drones that can be useful for defense, also there are invisible sniper tanks for infiltration.

a final word of advice:
stats are confusing, unlike diep.io where you can max out movement speed, reload, bullet damage, penetration and speed for a purely offensive tank and level up from level 1 (basic tank) to level 15 (tier 1), level 30 (tier 2) and lever 45 (tier 3), in arrasio you start at level 45 (so you can easily try several tanks that are supposed to be "maxxed out") and there's no level cap, tanks can grow very big with very impressive stats.

made it to #4 in the leaderboard just by idling for hours with a circular tank, E - autofire and C - spin.

a word on multiboxers:
you may see multiple tanks with the same name and type moving and aiming in coordination, it's a complicated cheat.
I remember watching a youtube video how to multibox on diep.io, you were limited to 2 IPs, so it was simple to multibox two tanks with a tempermonkey add-on script, but multiboxing 3 or more tanks requires virtual machines (you don't need multiple Windows 10 VMs I think; Linux Mint, KDE neon and other Linux .iso distros don't require installation, running on RAM), HTTP proxies (fast ones), and something to coordinate mouse aim on all VMs (I never tried it)
