Any other trans people have this issue? I'm more mature than like all these other trans girls so I end up having to take care of them. I end up becoming the big sister to lots of people. But romantically I have never found any luck.
I'm not depressed or anything, I have a happy and fulfilling life (of course some issues like bailiffs coming knocking) and many friends. But I can't really find anything more than friends. I have never really rejected anyone but others reject me romantically all the time, and like I always just have to act mature and be understanding, and we go back to being friends because I don't push it or bring it up again. But I'm left alone.
All the other trans women are in relationships (including poly) or are staights. I don't think I could really date a cis woman either and I'm sapphic and not into men. So the pool is really small and on top of this I don't want to spend my life with someone who is boring so it becomes even smaller.
It's just really sad tbh, like not the end of the world but it looks like I'm just going to have to live my life without love or romance. I think politics is more important than romance and I do love my comrades platonically but like… you get it.
