At what point would AI art become leftist?

None. Art is communication and genAI is just an obfuscative layer to the prompt, which is the communicative part and thus the art itself. GenAI adds nothing communicative to the prompt aside from the context of itself.

The only leftist thing that AI can add is critique of itself. After that it's just a tacky filter or an active hinderance if one is forced to use it.
