Abortion has a strange history with communism, usually it is seen as okay by communist countries except for rare cases like Romania under Ceaușescu. Me personally I think abortion should be mandatory for every baby, future generations will thank us. (That's a joke)
Yes. Birth control of all types should be free. Shit I'm almost in favor of mandatory sterilization until you can prove you'd be a Hal decent parent. Although I don't know if sterilization can be reversed for women. Or I guess we could create a society that makes the raising of children to functional adults easier.
