I got really lucky with my career and I’m so glad. I was working a wage job until I ended up getting a job making six figures with only some college. Still was an wagie job, but I saved a ton and now I’m just chilling traveling while I finish my degree. I’ll return to wagie work obviously, but with so much cushion I won’t really have to stress being under the boot of a shitty employer. It definitely sucks to be broke. You’re basically living as a non-player character.
