Being the Chairman or General Secretary of a one party state doesn't make you a dictator. However there have been dictators of communist countries before that did have absolute power. So do you think a dictator can ever be good? Personally I think there have been a few before that were good but we can't trust future people with being as good as them so its best to stick with Central Democracy… Unless I get to be the Dictator though, then its fine.

Are dictators even real?
Like there are despots, but either by will of a reactionary lot, by autocratic measures and being just a figure head, etc, dictator just seems like a concern trolling word thrown around to represent the foreign.
