It's because of their understanding of history. It doesn't matter to them what communism is actually about; they interpret historical phenomena like the USSR and China as not being too dissimilar from what this video shows. You could sum up their views as:
>capitalism: freedom above all, meritrocracy, competitivity, social mobility
>communism: "party" above all, enforced equality but only between the weak, privileages for a clique

They understand the left as "wanting to empower the state" and the right as "wanting le free market". So when the haute bourgeoisie uses the state they see it as the left.

What bugs me the most about this is that the masses who believe that are fucking POOR. The capitalist system has not benefited them, but rather kept them working paycheck to paycheck, too many hours for too many years. They think someday they're going to get a slice of it. Don't they know how greed works? Don't they see how much they don't want even poorer (especially browner) people to succeed?
Everyone's just too fucking stupid now. And the "elites" know this and positioned themselves so stupid people stay poor and stupid. But those few like us are stuck here with them. We know the score. We don't idolize fatcats. We want to destroy them.
Rightwing morons think they're somehow going to be rich one day and they want this system to be in place for that. Or they think they'll end up poorer if there's a wealth redistribution. On both accounts they are wrong. As always.

But that is not the way they see it. The normal rightoid (the doesn't blame jews) blame "weakness" that has inflicted every aspect of political life. They see their paychecks and blame it on weak politicians that want to finance on woke policies instead of improving the economy, they see rising crime rates and they blame it on a weak justice system. Its more complex than just "they think that they are going to be rich”, they sense an atrophy in human life and assert that this exists because irrational individual have taken control of economy and culture, rather than a problem with the system itself.

Rightoids, internet ones anyways, see themselves as better then or more enlightened then the masses. Capitalism and its power comes from extracting capital from the masses through mass consumer goods and labor from as many proletarians as possible. As >>749281 said, they see capitalism as pandering to these weak normalfags that they view as inferior. Communism is an inherently mass proletarian movement and also socially criticizes the hierarchies that many of these rightoids think they are a part of (whites, cis, male etc.) and thus they have to hate communism as well.

From my understanding, most of them are actually just so deeply demoralized that they have reached a point of despondent nihilism. They clearly understand the greed that’s going on, they just attribute it entirely to something racial (le juice), because they’re so heavily propagandized, and have never once attempted a critique of the capitalist system, so to them whatever system that’s in place is irrelevant because as long as it’s run by juice, it will always be corrupt and inherently anti-white (of course none of this is actually true, it’s all a fantasy). Idpol propaganda trains you to react to certain stimuli in ways that are out of your control, like mkultra tier hijacking of the frontal lobe, and it’s maintained through a constant drip feed of racist propaganda on places like X.

This is the crux of the matter. They understand that they are wage slaves, they understand that there are a class of people who are making sure that they will own nothing, they understand that they are being alienated and left to die alone in isolation. All of this leads to immense frustration and rage, so the ruling class sets up a nice little target for them in the form of minorities. Yes, they want to murder all of the juice and all the brown people because their programming has blinded them to anything that isn’t racially charged idpol.
