Western culture and especially American culture has been extremely anti-socialist so the people who become successful because of capitalism are surprise surprise, Capitalists. 2pac was a CPUSA member, Jackie Chan is supportive of the CCP, and John Lennon was a Trot I think but other than that I can't think of a single communist celebrity.
