I have a collection of playlists, i also have tinitus so i keep some for sleeping and some for when I'm at home by myself, i can't do silence at all.

I always need noise in the background, but it HAS to be white noise. If there's no fan or something, then I put white noise on my phone to sleep. I can't sleep to music or other organized sounds, I find it extremely distracting

also, it ain't no way this snorring sound is coming from the baby tiger, this is fake news

I put stuff on in the background while sleeping to drown out the bad thoughts

I'm the opposite, I'm a light sleeper and any noise keeps me up.
It might be a generational difference, pre-zoomers grew up with a lot of silence and zoomers grew up being constantly stimulated with tablets.
