These jobs will also be automated by Large Geospatial Models. The problem is that we are entering an era where human labor is not needed for material production, while living in an economic system based on humans. This is unironically the abolition of Capitalism. If people are no longer required to perform labor because all labor is automated, then it no longer makes sense to continue a system driven by humans exchanging labor. At that point, since jobs are no longer needed, 'job creators' are also no longer needed and the government can start seizing excess wealth from millionaires/billionaires and have them live the same style of fully automated luxury space Communism as everyone else, as there would no longer be a justification for wealth disparity to exist. Instead of becoming a plumber or whatever, and getting replaced by the PlumberBot9000 Large Geospatial Model, become a Science Foundation maid and help build maid cybernetics, so that when PlumberBot9000 comes over to inspect your shower drain, she does so with an android body that is a maid with huge boobs instead of a smooth, shiny, vaguely humanoid body that looks like an anthropomorphic iPhone.

Trades will never be replaced. Sure they may be automated for convenience, but they will still need manual presence.

White collar and service industry jobs are more likely to be replaced.

Automation requires human labor.

The problem is, our economy is largely unskilled customer service work

"Manual presence" is a cope. White collars automated decades ago, you just noticed.

Automation replaces human labor. That's the point, smoothbrain.

Our economy is trash because your job is "smile for customer."

Again, automation requires maintenance. What's gonna happen if the machines go hay wire?

Blue collar jobs are more essential because they make products people need.
White collar is more replacabale because they don't deal with raw goods directly.

This whole "automation will replace blue collar" is ironic because blue collar workers built and maintain automation.

Why does Leftypol hate elbow grease so much?

Why are they discouraging trades and promoting more easily replacabale jobs

Medicine is the only real career. the rest is guesswork, you are just playing with blocks. Your theories are cute
