I used to be the "bad" guy, I was the man women would cheat with. Here's what I noticed between guys like me and guys who are career driven and have everything except for a woman. A literal fucking rich girl wanted to marry me at 22 when I only had $100 dollars to my name. Another older woman who was attractive and well off wanted me and only me when I was a bum and but I ignored her.

I'm not trying to sound rude and don't take offensive over this but it's the fact that many guys of the latter lack a spine and mostly live a fake life. Yes, a fake life. I don't like using the term beta male, but when you're living the life you don't want to live and only doing it to appease others, then you are not confident and you are lying to yourself. Do you love your career or is it because you did it because mommy and daddy told you to do it?

Women subconsciously pick this up. They see this guy who is career driven but they HATE the fact that this guy has no ground to stand on and only wants to please. Even the most feminist women hate that shit deep down because women expect you to take the lead. There is no such thing as a "soul mate". There is this lie in society where you have to "win" the girl but in reality you are already the prize, its the woman who has to keep you. PUA sites, dating advice, movies, vidya, and even this site distort this simple truth. Instead they lie and tell you that you need to "win" the girl. In reality it's a numbers game and you need to find a woman who you connect with the most. The ones that like you will make it so obvious you'll even get fucking sick of it at some point. I never simped for a woman. The only time I did was in 8th grade and that was over 14 years ago.

men who are true to themselves many times end up living in almost poverty, all the pride they had in their youth washes away when they are 40 and have to work in a supermarket because they cannot make rent.

that is why life is so hard, you have to win in both fronts, make money and have stability and resources (for your own sake, not for women, women don't give a shit) while also not cucking out to the system because you will be fundamentally unhappy and a slave, but it's not that easy to just wing it and be successful money wise, that is why you see miserable career driven men and also homeless men who have sex and womens attention but they are fucking homeless alcoholics.

this is why everyone envies athletes, artists, succesful gamblers and criminals who got away with their crimes, they got the resources without cucking out to the system and living fake lives, they lived how they wanted but didn't end up in the shitter because of it.

I think that the real reason why life is hard is because everyone thinks themselves as demigods denied of their birth right to rule the world.

They morally harass young men to go out and change the world and when they do so, they're accused of being reckless and entitled

But if you don't give in to idealism, you're considered a weakling

Society morally harasses young men to throw away their individuality/personhood with military service, church, or politics.

God forbid that men enjoy their free time with simple pleasures with no ambitious goals.

What's so bad about just caring about having a paycheck doing some work and calling it a day?
Why do we have to "dream big" and "want more out of life"?

Every parent or teacher who patronizes young men with the typical motivational disciplinary speeches of "be hungry for more out of life" should be punched in the skull with a sledgehammer

because you know yourself you hate that job and you don't have enough money to do what you actually want, it's not society it's the experience of living that shows you how life feels when you have to lower your head when your boss talks, or can't quit because you don't have enough money to do so.

Also why do people talk about work like it's some newfound slavery experience? Didn't they remember what it was like in school,? You had to do the same submission shit but you had less rights then.

Again, society pressures young men into "dreaming big".
We see adverts about clubs of religion or politics or whatever and they all have the same motivational sermons and god awful group activities.

Actually, most don't like taking suit from authority but they think idealism is the only form of rebellion when it's controlled opposition.
I'm a dreamer but I don't have any energy to spend on delusions.

Also, again, schools are worse than work.when it comes oppression from authority. And the way adults treat kids but adults seem to forget that.
