Im more interested in how le human nature needs to modified.

The point would be that certain suggestions about designing society are futile due to whatever is allegedly human nature. Also if human beings were selfish by nature then to cooperate in some form in this society doesn’t mean they can cooperate in every conceivable form. That they cooperate now could be motivated by selfishness still as opposed to society having overridden this trait.

So? There is a big difference between not killing and stealing and getting behind a society that embraces to From each according to his ability, to each according to his need. People WANT to have power and to accumulate capital, they just couldn't do it for most of history because you can't accumulate food or get more powerful with just a small group of hunter-gatherers.
The way you should aproach this dillema is just tuat one day accumulation of capital won't make sense if we achieve a post-scarcity society, until then workers should exercise their egoism to curtail opportunistic behavior, it wont be perfect way of dealing with this, but it is the only way.
Either that, or just go back to pre-agriculture world.8
