The shrooms are couple years old, they have been kept in airtight container, is that a problem? Do they lose effectiveness over time?
I am doing them alone, are there any safety measures I should take? I am thinking about taking them over the weekend and then going outside into the city for a shopping trip, or maybe for a walk into the nature. Idk what is appropriate to do.

use lemon juice and grind them up first. Also don’t let your druggie friends talk you into doing an “epic” dose. Start low to see what your tolerance level is unless you’re looking to see freaky shit

I think you should do magic truffles instead, because they don’t last as long. Start with a moderate dose. You shouldn’t do a shopping trip in the city. You don’t know how you will behave if you haven’t tried a standard dose yet. A friend of mine was giggling and doing somersaults the entire time when he did it the first time.
