My life is a mess and I dont seem to be able to put it together, so I am resolving to psychadelics to hopefully reshape my brain into a functional organ. I have couple questions:
This is my first time doing them outside of microdoses, how should I take them? I heard mixing them with orange juice is good as high pH levels help release the active substance.
The shrooms are couple years old, they have been kept in airtight container, is that a problem? Do they lose effectiveness over time?
I am doing them alone, are there any safety measures I should take? I am thinking about taking them over the weekend and then going outside into the city for a shopping trip, or maybe for a walk into the nature. Idk what is appropriate to do.

Eat them with something fatty like bread and butter. Never do them at a party but instead in a safe calm space. Write down and plan activities your going to do or subjects you need to think about.

use lemon juice and grind them up first. Also don’t let your druggie friends talk you into doing an “epic” dose. Start low to see what your tolerance level is unless you’re looking to see freaky shit
