I have few questions about application of marxist theory to ameriķan society and how this new system would function if it existed today. Please don't flame me. I am not trolling; these questions are genuine. I asked these questions in Communism and Marxism subreddits and the mods banned me.
Envision an early stage socialist America. Democratically or not, private property rights have been abolished. The federal and state governments now guarantee property rights to the workers. The workers own the McDonalds now.
Would the corporation be dismantled and the restaurants would then operate on an individual basis in order to serve their local community or society?
Since the workers equally own the restaurant, the worker's pay is now no longer considered just a cost of production as they are now collectively entitled to the profits. How exactly would the McDonalds workers divide the profits? (Labor theory of value would come into play here right? I just don't know how.) Obviously, they would collectively decide, but what would be the best way?
How much is the manager get paid?
How would new businesses start? Would state provide a low interest loan to the firm and the debt would be paid equally?
How would we move forward from market socialism towards communism from here?
