OP ask about bupropion, in general it doesn't affect sex and orgasms. It helps me not chainsmoke as well, often it will be prescribed for weakening the desire to smoke. And also it is generic so its cheap here.

i took some anti anxiety/deppression pills for a while that really lowered my Libido, since then they got me on something not so aggressive.

but i'll still have to get used to changes when on HRT
