His argument consistis off:
1.Chavez/Maduro anti-Americanism is just meaningless political propaganda and not actual action
2. Venezuelan oil has been nationalized since the 70s and the only change that happened during Chavez government is that he expropriated a small 1 billion dollar investment for Exxon Mobile (that Venezuela had to pay compensation for after a court case anyway) and that not even US oil companies want to invest there
3. That Venezuela only stopped selling oil to the US because of Trump's sanctions.
