I don't really understand the mentality behind MAGA, but then I don't really understand the thinking behind most right wing ideologues anyway. They seem to act more on emotional e rather then logic. What Trump seems to have achieved then is some kind of cult of personality. It's not too different from Hitler.

Believe it or not, sometimes I think it might all come down to blacks and other race-mongering tactics that the capitalists have been cultivating for over 50 years.

After WW2, the capitalists probably realized it was better to create a "conservative class" that they would favor and could manipulate. Most MAGA people I know are not bad dudes wearing masks kicking down your neighbor's door and dragging out their immigrants. Most of them are just white proletarians who are exploited and indoctrinated and too oppressed and distracted to realize it. To them, they don't even think about politics. They just look at their immediate environment and react. Or read or see something on their smart phone and react to it and jump on the bandwagon.

Don't forget America's political system is broken. MAGA is most likely just the masses who have been once again convinced to follow the bullshit Republicans. With or without them the military industrial complex and the corporations are going to trample all over the constitution and the people and do as they will.

Compare modern America to Revolutionary America and what the original nation was intended to be. It will blow your freakin' mind, brother. System is broken. Bourgeoisie is captured.
