For me the answer is yes, I live in the United States and the US government technically killed my Great-Uncle. He fought in the Vietnam War, I don't know if he was drafted, or if he did it voluntarily and I don't know if he was a war criminal or not but even if he was it was not the Viet Cong who killed him because he died before I was born but after the war. He died because of a disease he got from exposure to Agent Orange. I was not there when he died and I never met him but I still have no idea how this didn't radicalize my family members, perhaps it was because my Great Grandfather was a WW2 vet and was always patriotic or something. But yeah that was how the US government killed my Great Uncle, I can only imagine the horrors that 3rd World Anons will post here.
