While I don't have dyslexia, what I do when too tired to read something is I pipe clipboard into a temporary text file, and have espeak read it out.

Keybind this and try it. The robot voice is a bit harsh but it grows on ya.

wl-paste | espeak -w .temp/clipboard.wav && vlc .temp/clipboard.wav
