Obviously not everyone in said diaspora is reactionary because no group is a monolith! There are good people in all diasporas
But with that being said which one has the most reactionary? Here is my top 3 list:
1. Cubans
Most Cuban Americans are the OG Gusanos, they constantly beg the government to invade the only moral country on earth.
2. Israelis
I am not referring to Jewish Americans because there is a big difference, Jews have been in the Americas longer than the United States has existed let alone Israel, but actual Israeli Americans tend to be unbearable but fortunately many Israeli American zoomers have disavowed Israel and their reactionary parents.
3. Iranians
So many of them are just as extreme as the Cubans when it comes to begging Trump to bomb their extended family, however I put them lower on the list because their is good reasons to dislike the Islamic Republic even if bombing it is a terrible way to go about it.

Diaspora populations would tend to be opposite to the country they come from, no? So it should follow that the countries that are most based have the most reactionary diaspora.
