You can be vegan and not act like a dick in public or be on a carnivore diet and brag about how eating only meat makes you "masculine". Vegans can have low iron and folic acid in their diets. The "lack of protein" can be overcome by consuming lentils and beans. Also, carnivores can have a lack of fibre, causing them to have digestive problems. So it is right to have a balance between veganism and the carnivorous diet
