Does anyone have experience with nicotine tolerance breaks?
Nicotine massively improves my quality of life, it makes it easier to do my work and during my freetime it helps a lot against boredom. But after using nicotine patch for the last ~1,5 years I've noticed it is working less well than it used to for about the last 3 months. Has anyone experienced the same and can give advice for tolerance breaks, what is the best schedule etc.?
Please do not give me the old "hurr nicotine only feels good because it removes withdrawal" I know for a fact this is fake news because I have lived many years without any nicotine and have always been more bored and unhappy than I was with nicotine, even right now I am happier with nicotine than in those years even though I already have some tolerance now.
