Cover that up with hair or change it with face makeup putty. You have to watch makeup tutorial videos and buy a few makeup products to blend the putty with the rest of your face. If you really lean into that you can reshape your face enough that it completely breaks biometric face ID. You can also get eye lenses to tweek the tone of your eye color.
