I think it would be an improvement if you had divided the drawing into different value ranges. What is the subject should have its value range and what is part of the unimportant background should have its own. That makes the drawing more readable and guides the viewer‘s attention to what‘s important. Additionally, I think it would’ve been better it you had gone more into detail when it comes to rendering. Looking up close I can‘t tell what I‘m looking at in certain areas. Like the CEO guy (may he rest in piss) looks like a blue blob on black sticks.

I like the expressionist framing you used to make the viewer feel they're entering the scene from the perspective of the shooter and having their gaze lead along the bullets trajectory.
