I have recently bought one of those German pencils advertised to have a sturdy extruded wood-plastic composite casing and which has a pretty weighty feel to it, while my experience with Chinese brands varied very differently with some being meh while others like second pic being pretty good contenders for best value-price coefficent, but I am again not sure how well they compare with "big name" brands. Question: is there actually much difference in quality between all these brands, or it do not really matter much as long as you know what to look for?

pen display as primary display
hello /draw/ comrades, recently i broke my laptop screen which has touch screen, i've been drawing on that but now it has a slight crack and the touch wont register (???), the joint is also broken so now it's a hassle to use it properly. replacing the screen costs as much as a pen display with better gamut, pen sensitivity, buttons etc etc, but one thing that is bothering me is that they never list the frame rate, i am afraid it will have some stupid low frame rate like 24 or something. so, /draw/ comrades, do you guys have any idea on pen displays' frame rates? is it a good idea to use it as a primary display?

I think the frame of the amogus subject may make this application difficult as it is rather smooth and divisions of the torso are not apparent, nor does there appear to be twisting and bending in the torso from movement, so this is rather atypical of a human subject. I believe we have to carefully study the anatomy and of the amogus and how the joints pivot in locomotion. Perhaps there is something more subtle that is not readily apparent to the human eye. Does anyone have a reliable diagram of a typical amogus subject? I have seen a lot of amogus pornography, but I am of the view that the artistic license is used at the expense of a realistic representation of amogus. Thoughts?
