I just watched the Matrix Trilogy (AGP classic; literally made by trans women and is trans culture) and it inspired me to get into continental (and even analytic) philosophy; I especially want to get into the former as the latter seems to be getting at about the same conclusions but it takes them longer and is dogmatic (and also Chomsky is tied to Epstein). Regardless of Deleuze's character I was going to start with schizophrenia and capitalism but I discovered the reading list in linkrel:

At the same time I have also read about half of the Ego and it's own and fear that I am wasting my time doing this as I can already intuit some of the ideas and their implications while consciously knowing that I'll gain far more insight doing it the hard way.
For people who have read a lot of philosophy, what do you think? Is it better to be patient or start with the harder texts and reread them?
