Does anyone else has experience with obvious Steam moderators alt accounts?

it seems to happen so often that users jump into threads instigating others to attack them and then get people banned, this is a known fact.

however what i don't see enough people talking is how these accounts seem to go undetected by moderators if not downright a lot of them have moderators as friends

some of these go as far as to have groups with names like "cabal, cult" and such.

one would think it's just users weaponizing moderation

til you realize these users can go around breaking every single rule without getting banned for months, if at all.

some people claim their accounts have turned into "moderator magnets" in which you can't even engage in any discussion as moderator alt accounts will start to target you hoping you'll give them anything at all they can to stick a ban to you

the more common reason for these bans is that you were being "argumentative or combative"

https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/0/592889567447645526/

another common motto of these moderators and their alts is the catchphrase "Those who complain about moderation, usually need it the most", it's so copypasted and it's always from private/new accounts or as i said before, these obvious troll accounts who are friends with the moderators.

And the biggest problem is that Valve sees this as an absolute healthy enviroment; specially when you also realize a lot of these alt accounts are not only friends with moderators but ALSO known scammers and cheaters.

which is something i'll never understand for Valve fanboys since they're usually the most "combative" and edgy mfers who'd on a normal day would be catching bans left and right on the Steam forums.

it feels like a dead internet space.

Idk I don't use steam as social media. I play games and very infrequently but sometimes browse the artwork sections of some games I play.

Needless to say the steam mods don't know I exist beyond the occasional report I submit.
