I also firmly believe they can feel your intention somehow. If you care about them, if you feel positively about them they react positively too. It sounds bs but that's my experience with them.
Cost nothing to try if you have a plant yourself.
Another thing people say they cam detect is music. I have a theory that it is not so much the music itself rather patterns in vibration.
Tobacco. The victorians prescribed it for non serious mental illnesses like insomnia. It really works.
I smoke rollies and specifically pueblo and american spirit as they don't contain as many chemicals. It's just plant matter and cancer is probably caused by the fucking deathsticks they call cigarettes.
Preferably smoke your own home grown stuff but I live in a cold climate.Native Americans say it’s to keep away negative entities
loquat appears to have anti-diabetic and even anti-cancer properties
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5187783/Rosemary is general anti inflammatory and so is sage. I think most mental illness is caused by brain inflammation as a result of trauma. These herbs all have anti inflammatory properties. So do polyphenols in berries and colored fruits.
Chanca piedra (AKA Stonebreaker) is a traditional peruvian herbal remedy for kidney and gallstones
I cut the top off pineapples and grow them in buckets. They handle extreme heat and cold really well. Then I take the new pineapple leaves and eat them. Same thing with melon plants I grow from saved seeds of store bought melons.
Some make pineapple or melon leaf tea but I put the leaves in my blender with frozen berries
It kills parasites too
I use herbs as teas, but not regularly. Green mint is the best, occasionally I will use thyme or rosemary.
Planning to do some wild herb gathering when the spring comes.
I have some dried juniper(us communis) berries and was told they could be used as incense, haven't tried that yet.
For anyone interested in dreaming (lucid or not), I highly recommend mexican dream herb (calea zacatechichi)
