So what do you do to cope anon?

>Use the triangle technique. Rather than looking away or looking down (as this shows a lack of confidence), you can also look at another spot on their face. Imagine an inverted triangle connecting their eyes and mouth. Every five seconds, rotate which point of the triangle you are looking at.

>The zone of proximal development (ZPD) is a concept in educational psychology that represents the space between what a learner is capable of doing unsupported and what the learner cannot do even with support. It is the range where the learner is able to perform, but only with support from a teacher or a peer with more knowledge or expertise. This person is known as the "more knowledgable other."

>The key to fixing poor posture is strengthening and stretching the muscles in the upper back, chest, and core.

>Shoulder strengtheners include scapula squeezes (squeezing your shoulder blades together for 30 seconds at a time) and rows (using a resistance band to pull back your elbows like you're rowing).

>Core strengtheners include modified planks (in which you hold a push-up position while propped up on your elbows) or simply tightening your abdominal muscles, pulling your navel in toward your spine.

>An easy way to stretch your chest muscles: simply put your arms behind your back, grasp both elbows (or forearms if that's as far as you can reach), and hold the position.

>You'll also have to work on your posture in everyday activities. A simple trick when you're sitting (even watching TV): Put a rolled towel behind your shoulders. It makes you sit up straight so the towel won't fall.

W-why anon. Thought we were friends.

My dad always said to look above the eyes that way it gives the illusion you're looking at them, but I don't really do that I just look in their eyes for a moment then break eye contact sporadically before it gets too intense or I get distracted by their gaze as if I'm thinking about what they're saying then look back into their eyes .

Something heard back in the day is if you look forward and stretch your arms up as high as you can go and then let them drop this is your ideal posture. For the longest time had no idea what an ideal posture even was.

Zone of proximal development is a good point to get people to.

But the benefits of education never truly evaporate. Skills can be taught faster as the exact methodology is known and can be explained.
However learning process can sometimes have upwards of a hundred steps to figure out a single step.

Allistic coping and seething

Weed, not being ironic either it’s the best chemical based solution for being overstimulated

If anything, "autism is my superpower" is the real cope.

for posture, you need to stack your ribcage and pelvis on top of each other
exercising the diaphragm, transverse abdominis, obliques and pelvic floor muscles help with this

Here's another post on this "Zone of Proximal Development": >>>/edu/24168

Wish I had known this a decade earlier.

But the scissor position makes your butt and titties look larger.

>>45634
There is an exercise which will fix the 'scissor position'.

It's the very communist Russian squat kick.

How the fuck do you improve your reading comprehension when reading in other languages? It's like I understand each word separately but I don't process anything.

>>45637
not really, it mostly changes their orientation. it's not actually important how far both of them extend outwards, only the overall bulk that is visible. with a straight posture your butt won't look as large from the side, but it can actually look nicer from behind and the genuinely gourgeous women i notice on the street often have good posture.

"good posture" is a meme

The body, especially the spine, is meant to move instead of maintain the same forces all the time. "Bad posture" is really just weakness - either in holding a position or moving under (even very light) load. Slouching is just a result of your core muscles being fatigued.
