>>2670144>how do you not doomspiral about all this?I wish for the ruin of everyone around me and their responses ranging from apathy to culture war hysteria, only cheers me up so.
I will get through it, I am a coward and a climber. I am white(it matters here), healthy, have savings and have plenty of family to fall on to, some in law enforcement, were that necessary. My politics are strictly private and never linked to my person or social media. But most of these liberals have no idea what's coming to them.
They are fucked. The neoliberal train has barely left the station, line will have to keep going up through out the whole cold war. They think the rightoids are bad for entirely the wrong reasons. The revival of fascism we are seeing is only the rightoids getting rowdy on their own LARP after decades of hiding behind dogwhistles and irony. In a few years, when they are actively employed to suppress the workers proper that's when things get interesting.
>>2670217That's what they call themselves you fucking retard.
>>2670212>Can we just admit antisemitism is fucked up?You must be jesting
Chabadniks are notorious oxygen thieves
crazy how even on leftypol users are afraid to go against zionists for fear of being branded an antisemite.
as a semite myself i give you guys the pass, do racism against israelis to your hearts content.
>>2670226Mamdani will soon kiss the wall.
>>2670228As long as he doesn't kiss the b'peh.
>>2670227>Chabad is zionist Its true but thats not the problem here. There are lots of Islamic orgs that support the HTS but if you condone attacks against them that will not make the HTS weaker, that will just normalize religious hatred. Similarly condoning chuds and chud muslims attacking chabad org in the west wont cripple Israel it just normalize attacking houses of worship as a form of political protest.
>>2670233Like i am pro banning or at least regulating chabad. I am not pro dumbasses attacking random temples with civilian worshippers in them

>>2670089>>2670131>the law is hecking illegalrinoInterfering in arrest with gun on person is felony and valid grounds to be shot. Resisting or abetting escape from felony arrest is valid to be shot. Know law before you speak. Not extrajudicial
>>2670228>>2670230Is he even allowed in the Zionist colony?
>>2670262>Know law before you speak. Not extrajudicialThat's not the law tho. Lol.
>Interfering in arrest with gun on person is felony and valid grounds to be shot. A felony isn't grounds to be shot. It really has nothing to do with it. You know, that's why we have charges like felonies, because the police are supposed to arrest live people who can be charged and indicted with crimes.
>Resisting or abetting escape from felony arrest is valid to be shot.It is not either.
Why just make shit up?
>>2670234> I am not pro dumbasses attacking random temples with civilian worshippers in them>Civilians>Zionist orgs materially supporting the IDF and the settler colonistsBuddy, friendo: There are no civilians among Chabadniks.
Every last one of them is a Zionist combatant and any minors they bring along are human shields.
Picture related, it's a congregation at 770 to flaunt how much oxygen they are thieving from actually worthy lifeforms.
https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/609.066609.066 AUTHORIZED USE OF DEADLY FORCE BY PEACE OFFICERS.>Subdivision 1.Deadly force defined.
>For the purposes of this section, "deadly force" means force which the actor uses with the purpose of causing, or which the actor should reasonably know creates a substantial risk of causing, death or great bodily harm. The intentional discharge of a firearm, other than a firearm loaded with less lethal munitions and used by a peace officer within the scope of official duties, in the direction of another person, or at a vehicle in which another person is believed to be, constitutes deadly force. "Less lethal munitions" means projectiles which are designed to stun, temporarily incapacitate, or cause temporary discomfort to a person. "Peace officer" has the meaning given in section 626.84, subdivision 1.>Subd. 1a.Legislative intent.
>The legislature hereby finds and declares the following:
>(1) that the authority to use deadly force, conferred on peace officers by this section, is a critical responsibility that shall be exercised judiciously and with respect for human rights and dignity and for the sanctity of every human life. The legislature further finds and declares that every person has a right to be free from excessive use of force by officers acting under color of law;
>(2) as set forth below, it is the intent of the legislature that peace officers use deadly force only when necessary in defense of human life or to prevent great bodily harm. In determining whether deadly force is necessary, officers shall evaluate each situation in light of the particular circumstances of each case;
>(3) that the decision by a peace officer to use deadly force shall be evaluated from the perspective of a reasonable officer in the same situation, based on the totality of the circumstances known to or perceived by the officer at the time, rather than with the benefit of hindsight, and that the totality of the circumstances shall account for occasions when officers may be forced to make quick judgments about using deadly force; and
>(4) that peace officers should exercise special care when interacting with individuals with known physical, mental health, developmental, or intellectual disabilities as an individual's disability may affect the individual's ability to understand or comply with commands from peace officers.§
>Subd. 2.Use of deadly force.
>(a) Notwithstanding the provisions of section 609.06 or 609.065, the use of deadly force by a peace officer in the line of duty is justified only if an objectively reasonable officer would believe, based on the totality of the circumstances known to the officer at the time and without the benefit of hindsight, that such force is necessary:
>(1) to protect the peace officer or another from death or great bodily harm, provided that the threat:
>(i) can be articulated with specificity;
>(ii) is reasonably likely to occur absent action by the law enforcement officer; and
>(iii) must be addressed through the use of deadly force without unreasonable delay; or
>(2) to effect the arrest or capture, or prevent the escape, of a person whom the peace officer knows or has reasonable grounds to believe has committed or attempted to commit a felony and the officer reasonably believes that the person will cause death or great bodily harm to another person under the threat criteria in clause (1), items (i) to (iii), unless immediately apprehended.
>(b) A peace officer shall not use deadly force against a person based on the danger the person poses to self if an objectively reasonable officer would believe, based on the totality of the circumstances known to the officer at the time and without the benefit of hindsight, that the person does not pose a threat of death or great bodily harm to the peace officer or to another under the threat criteria in paragraph (a), clause (1), items (i) to (iii). >>2670269Why is Zohran giving Chabadniks metzitzah b'peh?
>https://www.city-journal.org/article/los-angeles-streets-repaving-disability-rules>That distinction carries enormous financial and logistical consequences. Hadar found that each curb ramp costs roughly $50,000, totaling about $200,000 per intersection. With roughly ten intersections per mile, curb ramps alone can add around $2 million per mile to the cost of repaving, a figure that often exceeds the cost of the asphalt itself. Design and construction typically take nine to 12 months per ramp, and federal rules require that the ramps be completed by the time the street is resurfaced.KEK literally third world levels of grift here. If I was a councillor, I would go to the local skatepark with 2 bags of concrete and say "You can have a bag of weed and a 24 pack of beer if you build this curb ramp for me" and it would be done in 3 hours.
Seriously, my friends and I back in our skating days would build 3-6ft quarter pipes in a day.
