Nowadays, all is downstream from american culture, even outside of America. Hell, there are probably more indians then americans on the internet, yet we see american politics plastered everywhere. Because, those indians, or whatever other ethnicity, are practically american. Thats what they desire to be. They're all addicted to american holywood, tv shows, porn, internet figures, whatever else, does it matter if it never made any sense in their country ? No, Because all they care about is America.

The best explanation, This is all downstream from some of the worst most “slop” elements of American media and culture. That said the thread pic is a region specific example of the tension between East africans and West africans. The former view themselves as more "Caucasian" and therefore superior. The comic was made by a west-african/african-american man who is envious of east africans but still lusts after the women.
