Started following this after Juche posted it, saw it pop up again recently, then disappear. Apparently this picture is one of the juche taggers cousins standing with Muhammad in Oregon prison.

apparently this is common.. transferring people to punish them and/or isolate and uproot them. something thats existed in our prison system long before ICE
