I don't care about
>the nation
>religion
>family
I care about
>my wage
>my leisure time
>my rest time
This is why I fight for
<higher wages
<more leisure
<more rest
Fighting for any of the first three doesn't guarantee any of these. It is not in my personal interest to fight for
>the nation
>religion
>family
in any capacity. However, if I only fought for higher wages I end up a syndicalist. If I didn't fight for wages, I become a culture warrior. If I want more leisure/rest, then the working day needs to be shorter across all sectors. This is doable, and this is also directly a political class conflict because it goes against the interest of the owning class (bourgeoisie). And it also is a struggle against sectors. So our goal is then
>no (wage) work
and in the limit of this class struggle for more leisure, we have, first, the transitional proletarian dictatorship, which systematically lowers the working day every year and develops means to distribute goods based on work-hours input in the collective labor process, and the limit of this process is the communist world-republic.
yeah sure
>I fight for higher wages
So your life centers around being a capitalist?
You can live off of welfare and not work at all, if you want.
>>2796865Dengoid moment lol
>>2796865capitalist means you own capital. wager workers even those with high wages do not necessarily own capital
>>2796865even pre-marxist political economy knew the difference between wages, profit, interest, and rent… why are you playing dumb like this
>>2796875what mental gymnastics led you to bring Deng into this
>>2796875you WILL be rich
>>2796856You only need wages if you want to buy commodities. If you say you don't want to be a hobo or live in the woods then you admit you want to be part of society (some might say the the nation) or have a family.
>>2796856yes, that's correct, bravo
