Socialism is a two birds one stone for that.

• Makes rich people cease to be a problem (either through getting rid of them or doing dengism)
  
• Improves the material conditions of everyone, especially those minorities, which makes everyone less annoying / dangerous, which is where your animousity is rooted.

As most do socialists / communists / anarchists / etc… Like that's a normal attitude to have in leftist spaces, people mean well, but they can be annoying.

I don't think there is anything one can say that would pierce a skull this thick. So instead, just focus on the aspects of socialism which improve your material conditions as a worker. Whatever your employment situation is at the moment.

As much as the average activist insists to the contrary, you don't have to roll with social progressivisim to get your bag as a worker. That is mostly a first world thing, stemming from these communities which have developed under the wing of western mindrot and fear, correctly, that their quite special interests may not measure nearly as high once they stop being tokens for capital. Hence they try to be tokens for communists and gatekeep change.
