What is the likelihood of the contradictions of capitalism accelerating to such a bad extent that another American Civil War breaks out, specifically before 2030.

And if it were to happen, what would be the leading factions, would there be a revolutionary party disciplined enough to overthrow the capitalist class during the internal conflict, and also, would it just result in an even more extreme fascist takeover?

Has the Iran accelerated the process of civil war?
Is the 2028 election gonna result in civil war?
Will a economic crash happen before it?
Is Trump gonna attempt a self-coup on the government that causes a civil war?
How will the DSA, CPUSA, RCP, Antifa, Trade unions, etc react to it?

(Yes i know i used the socdem antisemtic professor for the video)

Also I thought it was gonna happen through continuous class warfare like lugigi but I don't think that's exactly how it's gonna play out.

Northern Ireland and Yugoslavia both had civil wars

northern ireland was/is first world by definition

jiang is reactionary slop. he said marx was a bourgeois psy op to ruin utopian socialism. he's also a borderline fascist retard. he has a bunch of retarded idealist notions. i don't have a better video about a possible 2nd american civil war because i am not in the business of speculating about hypotheticals that involve literally billions of variables. an entire research institute could speculate about such an event and still come no closer to the truth than professor yap.

I've got a superior video right here

>What is the likelihood of the contradictions of capitalism accelerating to such a bad extent that another American Civil War breaks out, specifically before 2030.

I feel like Americans as a whole are too comfortable to ever fully break out into true Syrian-esque civil war - I think the most that will happen will be something akin to The Troubles times a thousand.

In the global south though, I expect political violence to multiply by hundreds due to climate change. I'd say something about how we might see a working class based revolution somewhere like in the UAE or in Saudi Arabia but I dare say that's too optimistic

>>2839465
There's also the fact most Americans don't even see themselves as working class - we use that term only to describe people who are a) poor b) work in blue collar job or c) not college educated. If you ask the average prole if they consider themselves working class they're gonna say "no, I am middle class because I have a college degree and work in an office."

If they can't even unite based on class, what the fuck do you think they're unite around if an actual honest to god crisis comes - we're more likely to see a second bourgeois revolution than anything resembling a worker's movement anytime soon.

>>2839468
I'd also like to mention that even those who don't like the current administration won't even do something as simple as sitting down during the anthem at an event because of a need to "not allow Trump to steal what America truly needs" or something like that. This is a real talking point I've seen on the r/NoKings subreddit btw.

we do know whos winning if it starts, right?

Highly unlikely, civil wars are always started by elites and there's no internal "barbarian army" that can take advantage. A civil war is not the only way a country can lose its hegemony, it can just go out with a whimper like the USSR or become less relevant like Britain.

>And if it were to happen, what would be the leading factions, would there be a revolutionary party disciplined enough to overthrow the capitalist class during the internal conflict, and also, would it just result in an even more extreme fascist takeover?

I think the chances of a major rupture are pretty good. We're already seeing that the conditions which are precipitating the need for drastic and necessary change are there. For instance, there's the worsening drought which is causing the Colorado and even the Mississippi river to run dry. There are multiple systemic threats to the economy, including exploding household debt, rising prices, and flatlining wages. That's to say nothing of AI and the massive damage that will result once that pops. The war with Iran and the consequences it has for the supply chain would itself be a huge shock to the system, but it's likely just going to be what sets all the other dominoes in motion. It's possible that they might be already, since the combination of intense heat, extended drought, and disruptions to fertilizer production and distribution have already impacted agricultural production.

And we've already seen what the US governments response will be. Any one of the challenges it's facing would require serious changes to the entire American society. Not only has it shown that it is unwilling to carry them out in the smallest degree, but the bourgeoisie have actively shaped the government and the society to be unable to implement them even if the will was there. So we're probably going to see what happened with Covid and hurricane Helene happen again, and again, and again. Regular people will be impacted the most, and they'll be left to die, because saving them isn't profitable even where possible.

At some point there is going to be a large enough disaster that the government is just going to write off everyone affected by it. There are going to be large swathes of America where the federal government exists only as an enforcement arm to protect the rights of the bourgeoisie. Common people will be reduced to peons whose labor power is extracted through incarceration as necessary, and because of multiple ongoing wars anyone whose behavior is too destructive or disruptive will be executed outright via weaponized drones.

There would be the Federal Government and the major bourgeois interests which have become embroiled in it and dependent on it. These will be centered on bourgeois urban havens and industrial centers. They will be islands in seas of decay connected by crumbling legacy infrastructure, essential highways, and possibly seaborne shipping.

Outside of federal jurisdiction there will be corporate/oligarch "freedom cities." They'll make the company towns of the 19th and 20th century look like the Petrograd Soviet. If left to their own devices they'll either agglomerate into something that eventually supplants the US government or fracture between each other based on supernational forces.

The countryside will consist of the marginal farmland not owned by capital and the former urban and suburban areas devastated by natural disaster, economic neglect, or other factors which make them "unprofitable." Nominally it will be under federal jurisdiction but absent some pressing need, the federal government will try to preserve its diminished resources by just letting it lie fallow, creating pressure to move to Freedom Cities or other special economic zones.

This is where there will be a lot of churn. Right now, the main organizational forces in rural America are reactionary in nature, such as legacy racist organizations like the Klan or the various protestant churches. There's also a growing presence from narcotics smugglers and other criminal elements, and reactionary groups fleeing cities for one reason or another, "preppers," etc. That's not to mention the remnany petite bourgeoisie that manage to hold onto property productive enough to give them local influence but not to see them integrated into the new haute bourgeois superstructure.

Many of these would probably serve as proxy enforcement arms for the US gov, just like the Klan still does.

In the immediate aftermath of a vacation of the federal government, reactionary forces would probably enjoy a pretty significant early boost due to preexisting support/non-interference from the federal government and the appeal of traditional relations in the confusion. By which I mean rural communities are already being held together by small churches and government support, and in the absence of government support that will just leave churches to serve as a social safety net.

Leftist communities of all stripes will be slower in formation but inevitably do so as deprivation increases and subsequent disasters continue. It will occur out of necessity, both to stave off worsening conditions as well as resulting from draconian policies within what remains of the US, FCs, SEZs, etc. As the technological infrastructure necessary to observe the marginal areas deteriorates and the bourgeoisie become increasingly preoccupied with the wars they're unable to win, the fissures which will allow for the development of communist activities of all kinds will grow wider and wider.

>>2873903
why so slow doe this wouldn’t happen peacefully doe

Federal capital already clashes with local capital, you see it with the monopolization of everything by the billionaires and all the petite bourgeoisie losing their jobs from AI.

The civil war will be fought between the federal government most state governments and the international bourgeoisie vs the church, klan, racists, petite bourgeoisie, former MAGA, and possibly portions of the state bourgeoisie (so like for example oil executives in texas since they have conflict with the federal government) vs ultra-racists like the klan vs us communists and the proletariat.

>>2873961
I’m basically saying there’s gonna be a LOT of infighting within the fascists

>>2873962
stop being retarded. wish I had my own leftist image board. to ban guy slike you.

>makes delusional claim

>>2873971
Evendoe tahts how fascism starts and ends
Fascists always kill their own kind like the night of the long knife, and I bet you, if the holocaust was successful they would’ve made a new group of people to blame all their problems on

America has so many retards I just want a civil war to wipe out the capitalist pedophiles and their nazi collaborators

>>2873975
>if the holocaust was successful
wdym it was successful? besides they already knew what had to be done next (general plan east)

>>2873982
It wasn't successful or otherwise the jews would be wiped out.

>>2873983
Yeah they did that to the Western Euro, Balkan and Polish Jews.

There won't be a civil war, it will be similar to Ancient Rome where the "Barbarians" who sacked Rome and then integrated with the Roman elite class through marriage. Meaning the Latin American bourgeoise intermarrying the American bourgeoise, and the modern day sacking will be some American elite rivals/factions getting fpv'd droned by LatAm insurgent groups that range from drug barons to reactionaries.

>>2873981 you're literally dense the third world stops coming when they don't have to worry about their safety/conditions (in terms of in their home country)

>>2873971 hes not entirely delusional the civic fascist-NS split (ofc between the ""principled"" ones) is big if a faction like the xitter nazmaos (yes the tfr people) were to come together theyd probably do infighting

>>2873987
This is misreading what is happening with Latin America bourgeois and the US. They are not intermarrying with the US bourgeois it is the same relationship it has been for a century and a half now

>>2873987
the barbarians are inside. they are called chuds.

In the second american civil war i will be a warrior poet aristoEpstein of the soul like ernst younger

>>2873961
>Federal capital already clashes with local capital, you see it with the monopolization of everything by the billionaires and all the petite bourgeoisie losing their jobs from AI.

Yeah, that's true. I believe that this trend will continue, resulting in proletarianization for most in these class strata.

I think most state governments will eventually become more or less vestigial as they become unable to fund themselves and thus deal with any of the progressively more debilitating problems they face. Most of these other groups you mention aren't really distinct or coherent organizations and many are in fact de facto organs of the federal government, like the klan which has more or less been a branch of the fbi since the 70s at least. It's hard for me to imagine them not relying on the klan for the same kind of anti communist terror they employed in the last century.

The longer we wait, the more violent the revolution will have to be

KILL THE EPSTEIN ELITE

Not gonna happen, everyone is too fat, addicted, or old
