cut to 2026: the guy is a total disaster. he's completely hooked on drugs, can't speak in public without getting high beforehand, acts like a fucking toddler, can't even put a proper suit on, and constantly embarrasses himself on a global stage.
but it’s not just him. if you look closer, this same exact pattern happened with trump. watch his old interviews from the 80s and you’ll see a genuinely well-spoken, sharp man. time skip to the 2020s and he’s also a junkie who speaks like an infant, partly due to old age and dementia, but the decline is undeniable. then look at the rest of the ruling class: CEOs, politicians, tech billionaires. there's this sharp, undeniable decay in their 'performance' over time. look at alex karp or mark zuckerberg. most of them are visibly fried, totally high, and completely detached from reality.
so why are all these powerful guys going off the deep end at the exact same time? what happened to their optimistic neoliberal ideology and all the talk about colonising mars or whatever bullshit?
think about it, these guys have access to the most terrifying data about the world, they probably know that we are absolutely, irrepairably fucked, in part due to climate change, and some other factors too, and they can't ignore it anymore, because it's actually biting us in our arse now, we are reaping some of the consequences right now!
it's kind of like the roman elites becoming more hedonistic and flamboyant as the empire fell, we are witnessing massive psychological collapse of the ruling class, we are fucked, they know that we are fucked, theres nothing they can do, they know that theres nothing we can do, and its driving them insane, and they might just be making things worse because why even bother?
this could be the most brutal blackpill about the world, the end is a lot nearer than you think when even porky is scared
