Any who are calling for anyone with more than $20 in their pocket to be shot are probably in the minority and unlikely to be reported on. Communists may be loath to concealing their views but sometimes it is nessecarily as mass communist agitation may invite premature repression. This siuation in india is not necessarily revolutionary however it is useful for the progressive elements there.
