if you try to be a loner and mind your own business you will get treated as prey.
but if you seek out a gang's protection you will be forced to treat others as prey in order to prove your loyalty. This will result in you getting more prison sentences
The goal of the US prison system is to create as much recidivism and mental illness as possible so that everyone who goes to jail once can't handle life on the outside and come back to jail, where they will be used as slaves in perpetuity by convict leasing corporations.

one of the biggest signs someone is a reactionary is if they think the US prison system is in any way justifiable or good. especially if they try to compare AES states to the USA.
