Idealism. Mao said that social practice determines correct theory. Reality shows that as products become even more complex they will undergo an even greater process of commodification. Take your phone and calculate the SNLT of it and you will have most likely 100 million people and all of human physical and intellectual labor crystallized in it. It would not be feasable to have a non-commodified economy at that point and things only will get more complex. So either this communism will be more primitive which is not entropically favorable, or it will be Dengist. Sadpill, but true. This is advanced Marxism.

Is Degnism not unique to china, though? A socialist adaption to build productive forces, not a communist end point? Communism lies beyond Dengism and I do not doubt that a more advanced social form will overtake Dengism once it is made obsolete.

I guess if you're talking about the DoTP then yeah these things will be inherited from capitalism but the point of the DoTP is to abolish the conditions that led to commodities, classes, etc and thereby transition into communism.
